A Simple 3-Step Process

TO BUILD YOUR CUSTOM WEBSITE QUICKLY!

Step 1
CONTENT GATHERING
2 Weeks

After booking your project I’ll send you a pre-work document guiding you through the process of gathering your content, images, brand info, etc.

You’ll have 2 weeks to complete the pre-work. I can guide you and provide resources for this process.

Step 2
WEBSITE BUILD
2 Weeks

We’ll begin the build phase with a kickoff call to review your content. I’ll have a draft of your website ready to review by the end of the week. I’ll then incorporate your feedback, refine, and finalize the site.

Launch and training will be scheduled for the end of the second week.

Step 3
TRAINING & SUPPORT
2-4 Weeks

We’ll meet virtually to launch your site and I’ll teach you how to make your own edits! This training will be recorded for future reference. I’ll provide email support for the next couple weeks.

If you prefer, you can book me on an hourly basis to make updates in the future.

  • Why Squarespace? It includes most of what you need! Hosting, security, backups, unlimited contributors, blogging, podcast support, online shop, 24/7 support, and on and on.

    See current Squarespace pricing here. Note: all my websites require the Squarespace Business Plan at a minimum, for the CSS custom coding features.

    You can even purchase your domain and Google Workspace right there, and Workspace is free for the first year. You can also purchase your domain elsewhere and I’ll connect it for you.

  • You may incur additional costs if you hire professionals to provide you with brand photography, copywriting, and branding.

    I offer a basic logo & branding package and copywriting services as add-ons to your project. See below for details.

    I don’t offer photography services, but can guide you to resources where you can curate stock photos if you prefer to go that route.

BASIC LOGO & BRANDING PACKAGE

I’ll create a wordmark logo, favicon, and social sharing images, as well as fonts and a color palette to take your website build to the next level!

BASIC COPYWRITING PACKAGE
$750+

You’ll complete a detailed briefing questionnaire, I’ll conduct basic keyword research and create clear, SEO-infused website copy in your brand voice that connects with your visitors.

Pricing depends on number of pages and words.

Note: I’m not a branding specialist or copywriter, but as a professional Squarespace website designer I offer basic branding and copywriting services for people who want a quick and easy solution incorporated with their website design. If you have the time and budget, I’ll always recommend full, professional branding and copywriting services, just like I recommend professional photography for your website. However, if you’d like to include my basic packages above I’m thrilled to be able to provide those services. You can see some of my branding and copywriting work in my portfolio.
