Lodgify Short Term Rental Website Linked to Squarespace
Sanctuary Stay Vacation Rental
Changing Hearts Farm Sanctuary has a Squarespace website they love. After building a Tiny House to use as a Short Term Rental (STR), they wanted to take direct bookings as well as bookings from Online Travel Agent (OTA) channels like Airbnb, VRBO, etc. Rather than integrating the Lodgify booking engine on their Changing Hearts Farm Squarespace website, they decided to use a unique, separate domain and website to fully showcase the STR.
To fully embrace Lodgify’s STR management features including property management software, channel manager, booking engine, and payment processing I created a custom website in Lodgify and have it linking to the Changing Hearts Website, and vice versa.
Some Features & Design Considerations
As with all my custom websites, this one is mobile & tablet responsive and was built with on-page SEO (proper H1, H2 tags, image compression, tagging, etc.)
Visitors are guided through the site with information about the accommodations, amenities, and area attractions, with clear Calls-to-Action (CTAs) to book or check availability at the top and bottom of every page.
We also provide information that allows visitors to make a connection with their hosts, as well as the animal residents at the sanctuary!
Visitors are guided through what a typical day of their dream vacation experience may, and given the chance to envision their stay.
The STR is listed on the major OTA channels, some niche vegan farm sanctuary channels, as well as Google Vacation Rentals.
